    Hi, I'm Mike Winckler, Chef and Proprietor of Wincklers Ribs.

    So many people love our product and continue to revisit us. They ask what style of ribs do I make? At Winckler's Ribs we take an unorthodox approach in the preparation of our product. As a trained Saucier, I've come to appreciate, that the best way to infuse flavor into any meat product is by moisture. I therefore use a 2 step process: Moisture & Smoke. The end result is not Memphis, North Carolina nor Texas, but uniquely Winckler's Ribs.
